POLICY

Please read carefully before booking. By neglecting to do so and showing up with any of the conditions that makes you an unsuitable client we will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited

If you are unable to make your appointment please give a 48 hour notice. Please be on time for your appointment as we want to spend the max amount of time on you without feeling rushed.  If you are 15 minutes or more late, we will need to re-schedule.

It is our policy to only treat clients who qualify for our services.  Please make sure you do not have these conditions or please get medically clear by your primary care physician before coming to the appointments.

Please review this list of disqualifications:  

• Anyone under 18 years of age
• Anyone who is pregnant and/or breastfeeding  ​
• Any one who had symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID within the last 2 weeks
• Anyone on anti-coagulants such as aspirin, xeralto, brilinta, placid, and any other blood thinning medications
• Anyone who is allergic to pigments, makeup and/ or anesthetic medication such as lidocaine, benzocaine. 
• Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema, rashes, skin cancer, psoriasis that needs to be treated
• Anyone who has experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
• Anyone with rashes or blisters on the treated area
• Anyone with TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS, (ex: Hepatitis or HIV)
• Anyone who is diabetic (Please provide a doctor's note for approval with medication and controlled diet)
• Anyone with neural disorders such as seizures and epilepsy  
• Anyone who has a heart condition
• Anyone who is a hemophiliac
• Anyone with healing disorders
• Anyone taking skin medication such as Accutane and steroids (must be off for 1 year)
• Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
• Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 2 months from the date of the treatment

You must inform us of any allergies, disease, or pregnant and lactating prior to your appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit. 

To achieve the best results, it is essential that you understand and follow the pre-care and after-care instructions. ​Please read carefully before booking "PRE + AFTER CARE" tab located on the top on the website. Not following the pre + after care instructions will compromise your results and may require additional sessions.

Prices are shown upon booking but may be subject to change. Please contact to confirm. Touch-Up sessions are not included and are priced by time frame on booking page. We accept Cash, Venmo or Zelle. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to the total balance if paid by debit/credit card. 

• We have the RIGHT TO REFUSE service to anyone. 
• There are NO REFUNDS for any services. 
• Photos and videos will be taken before & after your procedure for marketing purposes. 
• Please wear a mask as we will be within inches away from each other.
• No guests and no pets allowed.
