To achieve the best results, it is essential that you understand and follow the pre-care and after-care instructions.
- Must be 18+ years of age. Please bring ID.
- DO NOT drink caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks etc.), alcohol or work out 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- DO NOT take blood thinning medications and supplements such as vitamin E, Fish Oil, aspirin, niacin, or ibuprofen 24 hours prior to appointment.
- Taking antibiotics (must wait 2 weeks).
- Avoid high vitamin supplements (i.e. power shakes/greens & “Hair, Skin, Nail” vitamins) 24 hours prior to appointment.
- Avoid intense tanning 1 week prior to your appointment.
- Discontinue Glycolics, Chemical Peels, Retin-A and any eyebrow growth serums 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
- Refrain from using any Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products near brows 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after appointment.
- Check your moisturizer, facewash, BB/CC creams and makeup/primers for acid containing ingredients
- If you use Botox, it should be performed 4 weeks prior to or 4 weeks after your appointment.
- After waxing just wait 1 week prior to your appointment.
- Currently on Accutane or other strong retinoids (must wait until 1 year after treatment ends).
- WE DO NOT WORK ON ANYONE THAT IS PREGNANT OR STILL BREAST FEEDING, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Any person under control for any existing medical condition, we recommend you consult with your doctor before considering any kind of permanent makeup treatment. Serious diseases such as cancer, epilepsy, autoimmune disorders, circulatory disorders, any bleeding disorders (doctor’s note is required).
It is our policy to only treat clients who qualify for our services. Please make sure you do not have these conditions or please get medically clear by your primary care physician before coming to the appointments.

- Anyone who is pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- Any one who had symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID within the last 2 weeks
- Anyone on anti-coagulants such as aspirin, xeralto, brilinta, placid, and any other blood thinning medications
- Anyone who is allergic to pigments, makeup and/ or anesthetic medication such as lidocaine, benzocaine.
- Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema, rashes, skin cancer, psoriasis that needs to be treated
- Anyone who has experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
- Anyone with rashes or blisters on the treated area
- Anyone with TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS, (ex: Hepatitis or HIV)
- Anyone who is diabetic (Please provide a doctor's note for approval with medication and controlled diet)
- Anyone with neural disorders such as seizures and epilepsy
- Anyone who has a heart condition
- Anyone who is a hemophiliac
- Anyone with healing disorders
- Anyone taking skin medication such as Accutane and steroids (must be off for 1 year)
- Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
- Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 2 months from the date of the treatment
